Why the hell hasn't this been posted yet?!

http://mummy-3-trailer.blogspot.com/2008/0...al-trailer.html

I just came across it and I nearly wet myself. It doesn't exactly look like anything revolutionary like when the first Mummy film was released, but it does look awesome none the less.

I can't help but feel like they ripped off the animated Ironman film though.

EDIT: Actually I found another trailer in that link I hadn't seen:

Journey to the Center of the Earth.

http://journey-to-ce...r.blogspot.com/

Also with Brandon Fraiser. Looks like a kids movie. To bad they didn't make it all gritty and 18th century'ish.

Still I laughed when he shouted "We're still falling" :D

hmmmm......the Mummy 3 could be good, but it unfortunately has Rob Coehn in the directors chair which leads me to cringe that it will suck. He directed such utter crap as Ths Skulls, xXx, xXx 2: State of The Union, Stealth, The Fast and the Furious, Dragonheart, and Daylight.

I think the only movie directed by him that I enjoyed was 1993's Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, but other than that the guy sucks ass. Stephen Sommers (the director of the first two Mummy films) likely WOULD have directed it, but he is busy directing the live action GI Joe flick.

i had no problem with the rock being it, but what they did to with his character in the end sucked even though you saw it a mile away

All fixed.

although they'll both be appallingly bad.

QUOTE (Stalker @ Jan 23 2009, 01:09 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

i think this looks good and thank god sommers isnt directing, he butchered the second movie and that i sat through van helsing for more than twenty minutes is more testimant to my stubborness than its quality.

I liked both Mummy 2 ande Van Helsing (I think I've seen Van Helsing ten times) my only problem with Mummy 2 was the ridiculous animation of the Scorpion King. The Rocks face on a giant humanoid scorpion? What?

I wish they'd make a sequel.

That might be it. I'll check imdb. I think he played the bad guy, or one of his henchmen.

I've actually only seen the first mummy.

I don't know either. If it is out, it didn't make much noise.
