How about that, Avatar, this album was my soundtrack to the first few novels of the series as well!

A lot of Coldplay haters in here! X&Y was indeed crappy and boring, but I think Viva La Vida is fantastic. I've never been a huge fan of theirs, and I don't really know anything about them outside of their music, but now they are inexorably tied to my love of the Malazan novels.

Viva la Vida is a brilliant song in my opinion. Otherwise I 'm not familiar with Coldplay.

@ Kalahinen: I like a lot of songs on Viva la Vida better than that one, although i had to listen a couple of times to the album before it really appreciated it.
