I just confirmed with Tor that "Gardens of the Moon will be published in June. ISBN: 0-765-31001-5; $25.95.

They also sent me a quality version of the coverart so here it is.

The artist is Stephen Youll and has done covers for both George R R Martin and Robin Hobb.
