hell, Lazenby was offered a five film deal on the back of OHMSS, but turned it down because his (somewhat hippie) agent told him:

"no man, the new thing is to be anti-establishment, anti-government. Getting a deal to play Bond isn't worth it...."

damn, i hope George fired his ass.
meh. Link was dead :(

bullshit! chris tucker was perfectly cast as ruby rod(sp?).

Quote

I'll take your George Lazenby and raise you one Timothy Dalton:

1. Bond is not Welsh

2. Dalton should have stuck to being lord of the forest

3. At least Lazenby looks half capable in a ruck, Dalton and lets be fair Roger Moore would have struggled to take on an angry grandma.

prior to casino royale(which was spectacular), dalton is considered as the most accurate bond to the books. whatever you think of the movies, dalton did a great job portraying the character rather than portraying himself as the character(connerey)

Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane in Spiderman. Shitty actress, not at all hot. Even with all the superpowers and whatnot in those movies, I still think think the most unbelievable thing in them is that Kirsten Dunst is a supermodel. MJ should be H.O.T. Dunst is not. Plus she can't act for shit, hasn't done anything good since she played the little girl in Interview. Oh yeah, and she tried to get Toby Mcguire fired so her new boyfriend could be Spiderman in parts 2 and 3. Fire Spiderman? WTF?

Val Kilmer as batman, I think thrones whatever list you make, though Orlando Bloom as a crusader's also awfull.

That dude from Go being in Hitman. You have to realize that the Transporter guy was built for the role. Sorry, I'm not up for looking up names, butyou know what I mean.

That and Cage as Ghost Rider...awful.

So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

Seconding Dirsten Kunst, but Tobey Maguire sucked ass too.

Oh, and Michael Clarke Duncan made a pretty good Kingpin, actually. He pulled off the 'sadistic wall of muscle' look very well. And as the Kingpin is meant to be all muscle, just some fat white dude would have been rubbish.

I have a sort of soft spot for the Kingpin ever since I found out he beat up the Red Skull in a fight.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Dunno if anyone has mentioned this cos I can't be bothered to read through, but anything Hayden Christiansen has been in, ever. Jumper was so disappointing and had they used someone else, it would have been a much better film...

Roger Moore is James Bond.

Micheal Keaton is Batman.

George Clooney was the worst Batman ever.

And aside from Vince Vega, John Travolter is a bad choice for any film. He is an overacting underachiever.

True Romance was a brilliant film, but I hate Christian Slater so much he nearly spoilt a good film. luckily for him Dennis Hopper, Tom Sizemore, Christopher Walken and that weird guy with the beard brought it back from the brink.

He looks just like him!!!

You can't tell me the dude from Go is a better choice.

He is a good actor, but I think he was miscast as Sharpe. Since I read the books first he just doesn't fit with my image of Sharpe.

Ben Afleck as Jack Ryan (Alec Baldwin on the other hand nailed it!). Jessica Alba in FF.

We should end this whole problem and just cast Gary Oldman as... everyone in any film ever.

Y'all're a bit young for this reference, but the absolute worst casting in history was Charlton Heston in Touch of Evil. A blond Michigander playing a Mexican cop? GTFO...
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Charlton Heston in most roles was terrible.....I think younger people have a hard time understanding why he was so popular

Has someone already said Arnold Schwartzenegger as Mr Freeze yet? Too lazy to read :D

That was one of the worst movies with the worst casting choices I've ever had the pain of suffering eye bleeding from.

I actually thought Affleck did pretty well with the role. I really wanted to see more of Liev Schreiber as Clark because the scant minutes he had on screen were convincing and he has a bit of a menacing look about him. I would really like to see a Without Remorse movie sometime. One of the best and darkest modern fiction novels I've read

It wouldn't have mattered WHO played the part. They might as well have casted the entire movie with midgets, then it might have at least been on par with that shit sandwich From Dusk Till Dawn 2.

Oh! Oh! That film where Sean Connery played an Italian taxi driver!
