Information for co-mods and other helpful people
If anyone wants to assist in moderating this game, I certainly appreciate the help. Make sure you have given all the posted info in SH a thorough read-through first. If there's something you're unclear about or you don't feel condient in resolving, do as much as you can up to that point and then leave it - the game stalling for a few hours is not going to hurt anyone.

Action-processing Cycle Schedule:
This is a basic schedule of what, when and how to process all the actions, messages and everything else that'll be flying about throughout the game. Following this process should ensure that everything is resolved in the correct order.
Following the Collected Scenes post, there are Daily Summary posts, one for each day of the game. You must edit the data into the Daily Summary post as you process it. When someone else takes over, they should look at the last updated Daily Summary post to see what has been resolved so far.
Dawn:
(End Night and start Day here if going to resolve Dawn right away. If significant delays are expected, wait to start Day)
1. Move the Emperors according to their move-provisionals (if any). List the moves in the daily summary post.
2. Distribute information to players based on last night's and this dawn's abilities
3. If Avalanche was triggered the previous night, announce the effects in the game thread. Note this in the Daily Summary post.
4. Map the current Locations of all active players. List the positions in the Daily Summary post.
> If D'rek: create map of current positions and add to Daily Summary post.
> If not D'rek: add note to make map to the D'rek's To-Do List post.
Day:
6. Throughout the day, as they occur, process Moves, Notices and other Day Actions
Other Day Actions:
7. After you've completed a pile of actions, check the game-thread:
> If a lynch has occured, note the time of the hammer. Then repeat step 6 for all remaining PM'd actions that are timestamped as before the hammer. Inform anyone who submitted day actions after the hammer that they were too late. Then proceed to step 6.
> If a lynch has not occured, sit and wait. Monitor the thread for issues, update votes in Mafia Manager, post vote counts as needed and when day actions are submitted go to step 6.
8. A lynch has occured and you've processed all day actions that were submitted before the hammer:
> Double-check that Mockra (vote power = 0) hasn't made you think it's a lynch but it isn't (Mafia Manager is set up with Mockra's vote power at 0 already)
> Update Mafia Manager and click Process Lynch
> Post the successful lynch in the game thread, with CF. If there is an applicable scene, add it in and move it from the Pre-Scenes post to the Scene thread. If there isn't a good scene, note the need for a scene in D'rek's To-Do List.
> Note the lynch in the Daily Summary post
Dusk:
9. Process any effects that occur due to the death of the lynched player.
> If they are the last member of a faction, post on-thread the collapse of that faction.
> If they are Sima Yi's Emperor, post the formation of the Jin dynasty and PM all Sima Yi's recruits that their faction is now Jin.
> If they are Champion(s) and dying gives Ma Chao or Gongsun Zan a Kill power, alert the warlord
10. Map the current Locations of all active players. List the positions in the Daily Summary post.
> If D'rek: create map of current positions and add to Daily Summary post.
> If not D'rek: add note to make map to the D'rek's To-Do List post.
Night:
11. Post in the game-thread that it is now Night. (If you are very confident that you'll be online for a while you can do this before you resolve step 8)
12. Check the list of provisional NAs in the Daily Summary post. Check PMs for submitted night actions and update the provisionals list accordingly.
13. When Night times out OR all players have submitted their night actions:
> Post on the game thread that you are resolving so players know they cannot change their actions.
> Resolve all actions night actions. Make notes of what information will be made available to whom at Dawn and other prolonged effects (ie: Avalanche, Spy Network, Espionage, Illumination, etc.) -- a good place to note this is the Dawn section of the next Daily Summary post
> As you resolve modify the NA list in the Daily Summary thread to remove extra provisionals and indicate what actions taken were successful and which were not.
> Send result PMs to players immediately, where applicable
NA Resolution Order:
14. After all NA resolution:
> Process any effects that occur due to the death of (a) player(s) that died during the NAs (see step 9)
15. Go to Step 1 of the next day.
