Got my Xbox 360 out from the crawlspace (seems to work fine). Had to get some automatic updates and had some issues with BL 2 'compatibility pack', but did some googling and found a fix. Xbox 360 is louder then I remember. But was able to fire up BL2 and play a little. Joined three strangers and had some fun doing that mission where you have to kill that fire spiderant - Scorch.

After some fun play that took me down memory lane, I looked for the new DLC but couldn't find it. Any you Vault Hunters know if it's been confirmed (or not) for last gen consoles - Xbox 360?

Most likely not - but BL is backwards compat on XBone anyway.

Since I switched from 360 to PS4, I have to start all over. Just D/L'ed the Handsome Jack collection.

Started up Borderlands 2. The damn intro cinematics are unskippable. WTF.

And I can't seem to figure bout how to do the auto level to 30 thing. Tried fast travelling to the DLC but I just get murdered since I don't even have a shield yet.

Edit. Ah, on the main menu, you can press triangle (on PS4) to get a character list. There you can pick a lvl 30 character.

I was able to skip the intro cinematic, so not sure what you're going on about. On PS4, all I had to do was keep pressing circle and it a few seconds in it let me skip the whole thing.

I did not realize we could create a level 30 character. I spent the weekend playing, though, so I have an Axton up to nearly level 30, and I've reached the point where I can see all the DLC. It's right after they make Sanctuary into a floating city.

I think it's because I've never played the game on PS4 before. When I made a new lvl 30 character I could skip the intro.

In jumping back in, I am reminded about how powerful the Maya character class is. Holy snikees, she pulled my bacon from the fire a few times. Love the phaselock suspension skill. Tore through so many enemies with that.

One thing I've been reminded about is how much I love the badass system. Earning badass points and ranks for pretty much any given action is extremely satisfying to me.

Watching the PC Gamer Show @E3. Borderlands 3 portion - holy shit, the grenades in BL3 sound ridiculous! There are grenades that can bounce, stick and spray out guns (all in one grenade?!). Yes please!

I had never played it on PS4 before either - only on PS3. Though I guess it could have to do with the Playstation Network rather than the system itself.

I also started the game having already earned something like 123 badass points. Wasn't sure if that was something that just came with the Handsome Jack edition that was free on PS+ or because of my previous play on my PSN account via PS3.

So it looks like I'll be playing the Siren again in BL3. Usually I like to play a support or tank role, but the crowd control coupled with being an omega SLAB is too much to pass up on.

I haven't really looked at any of the details about any of the classes, but the siren looks friggin cool in the trailer, though I think I'll probably end up going with the animal handler guy, I'm a fan of having pets do all the work!

I tend to just pick a brute force kind of character. Somebody who can handle themselves solo. Like the gunzerker, turret dude or the mechromancer.

I'll need to look over the skill trees for each before I decide (have details been released yet about skills yet?). From the initial demo they put on, Zane looked interesting.

I tend to start a game play completely by myself with one character class. I do this so as not to ruin anything about the story or loot sharing by co-oping with random twat waffles online. I then start another with a different class and open up to co-op play and run it somewhat behind my solo character in the progression of the game. This may change with the 'loot instancy' capability they mentioned during the reveal.

From what I've seen so far, Slabs:

Amara - brute force with crowd control, sort of a Brick / Maya hybrid

Moze - brute force, guns guns and more F*CKING guns

Zane - sneaky shooty in and outy, like Zero x Lilith but with gadgets

FL4K - Mordecai x Gaige, but mid-range and with multiple pets

BL Wiki or IGN has some details about skill trees.

Latest Borderlands 3 trailer is fun. link> https://www.youtube....h?v=8nTW-BLx1H0

I recently played through the Commander Lilith & The Fight for Sanctuary DLC. If you guys have played through BL2 and TftBL then I highly recommend you play through it prior to Borderlands 3. It has significant connections to both of those and looks like it puts things in order for where things may jump off at the start of BL3. Also, it's quite an enjoyable expansion, I must say. I would rank it behind "Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep" and "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage." And ahead of the other expansions (Pirate Booty and Big Game Hunt). The addition of the 'Effervescent' rarity items is a hoot (oh my, the suggestive language of the 'Hot Mama' sniper rifle has to be experienced Posted Image) https://borderlands....ki/Effervescent
