I was checking a few release dates at work today, because apparently there had been a big update to the database, and I noticed ICE had a new entry
Obviously it's only early information, and not confirmed, but it was called Sceptre and Throne, and the release date was the 8th of December this year. This info does come straight from the publishers, so that's a good sign, right! Even if it is subject to change.

So begins the speculation... the Throne is the tyrant's throne of Darujhistan, and the Sceptre is ... the Andii sceptre, currently in the greedy little paws of one Quick Ben?

Ohhhh another Malazan fix this year - sweet!!!!
On a side note, I feel sorry for Orb, doesn't deserve to get kicked out of the title, what has it actually done wrong?

Interestingly though, on our website, which theoretically has the same input, it's called Throne and Orb... maybe it's still pick'n'mix your title, and Orb and Sceptre will come up soon.

Is this going to be like Schrodinger's cat - only 2 words can exist in the title at any time?

Hmm, if it's Orb and Sceptre, I'll be reading it with Walton's march playing in my head all the time.
It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.
