I was gifted a free TV from a buy nothing group when I got to Philadelphia. 5O inch HD TV that was over 10 years old and I guess some recent intense PS5 gaming caused it to bite the dust. I hate buying a TV, I feel like they purposefully try and confuse you. Do any of you know what I should be looking for on a TV. It will be for streaming and PS5 gaming. That said, I recently have learnt that a good TV can really help the experience. The TV before it died, clearly had a problem with contast. I sometimes had to adjust gamma settings as I went from dark areas to bright areas. It could not handle both well/ Additionally agfterr seeing Ghodt of Tshushima on the old TV compared to the terrible back up 32 inch tv I have been using since its a hige downgrade. Its amazing to see it. So Id appreciate some advice.

https://www.samsclub...d=plp_product_1 - This seemed a great price for a 55 inch UHD TV but reviews describe it as a great budget friendly TV that is middling.

Also, Im thinking about some surround sound gaming headsets too. I had some back in South africa and they can also elevate the experience. Hearing if an enemy is behind or infront, or just generally improving sound quality. I remmeber hearing sound FX that preiously I didnt know existed.

https://www.amazon.c...B1TDHLPT&psc=1: Apparently the best for the PS5 but seems outrageously pricing?

Whatever you get make sure it has 2.1 hdmi slots. Research it yourself to make sure.

I’m quite happy with my 75in LG 8K nanocell but the image most definitely fades out if you are looking at it from the side.

If I was going to buy a new TV I'd likely go with LG OLED TV. C series or G series. Depending upon how new you want the TV and your budget, you can pick and choose between the last few years releases.
