Well, this doesn't look creepy, like at all. Nu uhh!
Screw you all, and have a nice day!

Definitely creepy. Like somebody smashed Shutter Island and Inception together. I do wonder about the films actual vibe versus what this trailer presents. I get the feeling that the trailer goes out of its way to dial up the weird factor.

I've been saying The Road to Wellville needed a gritty reboot.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Watched this tonight. Like I predicted above, the film isn't as surreal as the trailer implies. It is however weird and creepy. This is a psychological thriller/horror film that reminds me of The Ninth Gate. It starts out pretty normal and slowly the protagonist sinks into a world that doesn't seem real.

I liked it quite a bit but the film has a major issue. It's about an hour longer than it should have been. It's almost 2 hours and 30 minutes and there's no reason for it. The film signals the things that are going on early. From the films the watcher has seen before and from the tropes everyone are familiar with, you know what happened and what is going to happen, 30 minutes into the film. From there they spend 2 hours peeling the layers of the onion back, each time you know what is going on, each time the film goes "Are you sure you know? Let me just shock you one more time!"
