Disease is running the streets of the world. A disease so virulent that few have been able stop it from spreading. You are part of a group of survivors who have banded together. One is a virologist who can cure the disease, but will he be able to find the infected members of your crew before the disease spreads to a new host? And what's worse, some of you have gone off the tracks, as they say, and feel that the only way to assure the disease does not spread to them is to kill everyone else. One person secretly sympathises with their cause, while one person actively works to stop them from winnowing their numbers more.

Can you survive the harrowing few days that you are about to face? Who will win, the disease, the killers, or the the rest of you? Only time, and cunning, will tell!
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Sooo it looks like this is the setup;

Town + healer/vig/finder? (not diseased) vs cult (diseased) with scum (people off the tracks) and a symp thrown in for good measure.

Sounds like it could get out of hand really quickly.

Does speaking to the voices in ones head entail a conversation or a monologue?

I suppose it would depend on the voices that one would hear. If the voices all sounded the same then it would be a monologue, but if each voice had it's own specific tone then you could classify it as a conversation.

We need to agree on the basic premise of the game.

Re-reading the OP I think it looks more like the "disease" is a periodic kill event that then moves around everyone and the virologist needs to heal/guard it I guess?

Now that I have put in my sillyness for the game however, one thing that does strike me about the description is the person that can cure the infected. Thats an interesting little twist.

It strikes me as a Disease Recruiter and a Town Recruiter in play. The disease one "infects" the town one "cures"

Why did you vote for Aranatha twice? That doesn't make any sense.
