So, after the gate is used in Tremorlor, the 10 ft suit of armor talks to Moby at the close of the scene. Who or what was speaking? Another guardian, the Azath itself, Casper the Friendly Ghost?

First of all you need to edit the tittle so it doesn't spoiler the ending of DG.

Who the Guardian is is unclear. Personally I think it is a spirit animating a suit of armor, others have suggested that it is controlled by the Azath, but there's no way to tell.

How do I do this? I thought it was iffy after I posted. I don't want to get spanked by a mod.

I searched the topic, found your old thread about it, so do I have to be on the A-list to do this?

Just press edit. Then there should be a new button that says something in the lines of "Use advanced editing/posting functions" and when you chose that the bar with the title in should appear.
